Joseph H has extensive experience in the outdoor equipment and service industry, currently serving as the National Service and Training Manager at Takeuchi since December 2017. Joseph has held multiple roles at Takeuchi, including National Service and Warranty Manager and Regional Service Manager, where a focus has been on cultivating business relationships and managing service and warranty issues. Joseph began a career in mechanics as a Forklift Mechanic at Nordic Cold Storage and advanced from Drilling Technician to Blaster at Pinnacle Drilling and Blasting. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Brenau University, completed in 2022, after graduating from Forsyth Central High School in 1998.
