Joseph H has extensive experience in the outdoor equipment and service industry, currently serving as the National Service and Training Manager at Takeuchi since December 2017. Joseph has held multiple roles at Takeuchi, including National Service and Warranty Manager and Regional Service Manager, where a focus has been on cultivating business relationships and managing service and warranty issues. Prior experience includes serving as Branch Operations Manager at Star Tractor and Equipment Inc, managing operations for equipment sales and services, and progressing through roles at Keystone Outdoor Power from Service Manager to General Manager. Joseph began a career in mechanics as a Forklift Mechanic at Nordic Cold Storage and advanced from Drilling Technician to Blaster at Pinnacle Drilling and Blasting. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Brenau University, completed in 2022, after graduating from Forsyth Central High School in 1998.

Takeuchi Mfg. (U.S.) Ltd, was established in 1979, being the first construction equipment company to introduce quality Compact Excavators and Track Loaders to the US construction equipment market. The rapid growth of the compact equipment market has resulted in the need to reinvest capital to support our customers and dealer network. Takeuchi U.S. has expanded seven times over the years and recently moved to a new 250,000 square foot, state-of-the-art training, parts and machine distribution facility on 34 acres in Valentine Industrial Park, near Atlanta, Georgia. Takeuchi Mfg. Company Ltd, was established in 1963, in Nagano, Japan. In 1971 Takeuchi began initial production of the world’s first Compact Excavator and in 1986 they introduced the first Compact Rubber Track Loader to North America.
