Tina Peng is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in driving growth and managing strategic initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Operations at both TakeUp and 1848 Ventures since July 2025, Tina previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Operations at Raydiant from December 2021 to December 2024, where significant achievements included streamlining operations during rapid growth and securing funding. Prior to this, Tina was Chief of Staff at CasaOne, focusing on operational scaling and strategic partnerships, and served as Director of Real Estate at Common, leading expansion strategies on the West Coast. Early career roles include Associate Vice President of Acquisitions at Midwood Investment & Development and Senior Development Lead at SCDC, along with a consultancy role at Colliers International Canada.
