Mei Yu

Mei Yu has extensive experience in supply chain management and operations. Mei is currently serving as the Director - Global Product Supply at Takeya USA since November 2021. Prior to this, Mei held the position of Sr. Supply Chain/Master Data Manager at Markwins Beauty Brands Global from January 2018 to November 2021. Mei also worked as the Operation/Supply Chain Director at Will Jaya Inc from October 2015 to January 2018. Mei gained valuable experience at Horizon Hobby, where they held various roles including Project Manager, Director of Quality - Asia, and Supply Chain Manager from November 2007 to October 2015. Mei began their career as a Purchasing/Supply Chain Manager at Equus Computer Systems from August 2005 to July 2007. In this role, Mei was responsible for sourcing and procuring inventory, negotiating contracts with vendors, and implementing strategic inventory planning. Mei also played a key role in reducing lead times and ensuring on-time delivery. Mei developed and implemented ISO9000 processes for the corporate and branch purchasing departments.
