Douglas Ciole

Douglas Ciole has an extensive work experience in the field of software engineering, data analysis, and development.

Douglas started their career at ATI Jurídico in 2008, where they worked as a Full-stack Developer, creating new features, fixing bugs, and helping the company improve their development process.

In 2012, Ciole joined Outgo Technology as a Tech Lead, where they streamlined processes, planned new features, provided training, and effectively managed the development team until 2018.

From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Barometric as a Data Analyst, analyzing data, writing reports, and proactively developing a feature to increase data entry efficiency.

In 2020, Ciole joined Circles Advertising as a Software Engineer. Here, they developed core features and components for a new mobile product, increased the performance of WordPress-based websites, and worked closely with the CEO to gather requirements and plan new features.

Currently, they are working at Taking Root as a Software Engineer, responsible for planning and leading the development of multiple projects, such as improving the data synchronization process and transitioning from Monolith to an event-driven Microservices architecture. Douglas also plays a crucial role in enhancing the development team's productivity and success through training and creating new deployment pipelines.

Douglas Ciole has a diverse educational background, with a focus on software development and IT. In 2007 to 2009, they attended EGO SUM and obtained a Software Development Diploma in the field of IT. Douglas furthered their education in 2018 to 2019 at ILAC International College, where they earned a Service Excellence for IT Professional Diploma with a focus on IT. Most recently, from 2019 to 2021, Douglas attended CICCC - Cornerstone International Community College of Canada, where they obtained a Mobile App Development Diploma in the field of software development.
