Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at Taking Root is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of reforestation projects. This includes coordinating efforts to recruit and register smallholder farmers, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring the successful monitoring and reporting of tree growth and carbon sequestration. The team works closely with technology and field partners to scale projects and maintain the highest standards of transparency and robustness in forest carbon removals.
