They previously served as a QA Manager at Engineering Brasil, where they led a team of over 49 professionals and implemented quality maturity models across various industries. Raphael has also held prominent roles at Concrete Solutions, strengthening QA culture and practices within multiple squads. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Uninorte, building upon their extensive educational background, which includes an MBA and a specialization in Information Security and Auditing.
