Massimo Valsecchi

Massimo Valsecchi is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in financial leadership and management within the mining and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director and CFO at TAKRAF Group since October 2022, and Managing Director at Tenova Deutschland Holding since July 2020, Massimo has held various pivotal roles at Tenova from 1997 to 2020, including CFO of the Mining Division and Group Project Control Manager. Prior to their tenure at Tenova, Massimo worked at Voltri Terminal Europa as Operational Equipment Electrical & Automation Maintenance Manager and at cael srl as a Firmware and Automation Software Engineer. Massimo holds a five-year university degree in electronic engineering with a focus on industrial automation and software from Università degli Studi di Genova.
