Ashley Baird

Ashley Baird has worked in the property sector since 2016. Ashley began their career as a Development Management Intern at Greenstone Group in 2016. In the same year, they joined CBRE as a Portfolio Analyst, where they provided analytical support for managed portfolios of leased commercial property. In 2017, they moved to Colliers International as an Analyst - Capital Markets, where they lead analytical and marketing campaigns and provided copywriting support. In 2021, they joined Mintos as a Copywriter, where they wrote content for all marketing channels, specializing in in-depth, research-backed articles for Mintos' Investor Academy. Ashley is also the project lead of the monthly Mintos Insight publication. Currently, Ashley is the Content Marketing Lead at Taktile since 2022.

Ashley Baird attended The University of Auckland from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in a BCom/BProp Conjoint Degree. Prior to this, they attended ACG Senior College from 2009 to 2010.
