Serena L. is a seasoned professional in the field of solutions engineering, currently serving as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Taktile since November 2023. Prior to this role, Serena was a Sales Engineer at Dataiku from 2020 to 2023, where responsibilities included securing technical wins through conducting technical discovery, leading demos and workshops, building custom solutions, managing proofs of concept, and responding to RFPs.
