TAL is on a mission to make working on the move healthier, safer, and more dignified. We help businesses who employ mobile workers, from drivers and carers to cleaners and technicians, to find clean toilets, food, seating and a warm welcome, wherever the job takes them.

Our app enables mobile workers to easily find a welcoming local partner venue that offers welfare facilities to those who keep the country moving.

Right now, too many workers spend their day without access to safe, suitable places to rest and relieve themselves. TAL exists to change that. By combining smart technology with people-first thinking, we’re building a nationwide network of independent food and drink venues which offer workers free use of toilets, free hot water and a free place to eat for up to half an hour, which is then funded by their employer – all for the price of a cup of coffee.

We make it easy for:
🔹 Mobile workers to find local venues with facilities they can rely on
🔹 Employers to fulfil their duty of care and improve staff well-being
🔹 Venues to open their doors and make a real difference

Our long-term vision is to ensure every mobile worker in the UK is within 10 minutes of an independent food and drink venue where mobile workers can have free use of toilets, free hot water and a free place to eat for up to half an hour. For the price of a cup of coffee (charged through our app), employers can act responsibly to ensure that their mobile workers have access to welfare facilities.

Whether you're an employer, venue partner, policymaker, or simply passionate about fair treatment for workers, we'd love to connect:
