Amy McDonald

Amy McDonald has a diverse work experience in various actuarial roles. Amy is currently working at TAL Australia as the Head of Group Life Product and Pricing. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Pricing Manager at the same company. Before joining TAL Australia, Amy worked at Matt Noyce Consulting as a Consulting Actuary. Amy also gained experience at Munich Re (Australasia), where they held positions such as Head of Strategic Transactions and Business Risk Manager. Amy worked at CommInsure as a Capital Actuary and Actuary for Individual Products. Amy also worked at Commonwealth Bank, Wealth Management Finance as an Actuarial Manager for Individual Products. Additionally, they worked at CommInsure as an Actuarial Analyst for Whole Life Insurance, and later transitioned to the role of Product Manager. Amy'searliest work experience was as an Actuarial Consultant at Aon Hewitt.

Amy McDonald earned a Master's degree in Actuarial Science from UNSW in the years 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Mathematics and Bachelor of Science from the University of Newcastle between 1996 and 1999, specializing in pure mathematics and organic chemistry.
