Andy Holliday is the Executive General Manager of Transformation at TAL Australia, where they oversee the integration of the Westpac Life business and lead major strategic initiatives. With a strong background in management consulting, Andy has a proven track record in business transformation, integration, and improvement, having managed large-scale teams of over 300 individuals. Previously, they held roles such as General Manager Performance and Optimisation and General Manager Integration Director at TAL, where they successfully led significant acquisitions and integration efforts. Andy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lancaster University and has completed a Graduate program at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
