Elle R.

Elle R. is a Senior Claims Consultant at TAL Australia, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, Elle served as a Senior Claims Assessor at AIA Australia from 2022 to 2024 and as a Claims Manager at Gow-Gates Group from 2020 to 2021. They began their career as a Claims Assessor with Gallagher Bassett from 2017 to 2020. Elle holds a Master’s Degree in Intelligence from Macquarie University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Policing Studies from Western Sydney University.
