Eric Troost

Eric Troost has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Eric currently holds the position of Head of People & Culture Platforms and Optimization at TAL Australia, where they manage the P&C platforms and identifies opportunities to optimize the overall P&C system stack. Prior to this, they were the Head of People & Culture Operations and Head of People & Culture Risk and Governance at TAL Australia. Eric has also worked as the People & Culture Business Lead and People & Culture Operational Effectiveness Lead at TAL Australia. Before joining TAL Australia, Eric worked at BT Global Services as the Head of APAC and Middle East Africa (AMEA) HR Shared Services and Head of HR BT Australasia. Eric also held the position of Head of HR E*MEA and Reward Manager EMEA at BT Global Services. Eric's earlier work experience includes roles such as HR Manager and HR Teamleader at BT Professional Services, as well as Senior Human Resources Officer at Syntegra Groep B.V.

Eric Troost completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources at Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University in the Netherlands from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed their HAVO degree at Dalton in Voorburg, The Netherlands from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Eric has also obtained several certifications, including Visio 2019 Essential Training, Grammar Foundations, 2-Minute Tips for Senior Leaders, Become a Chief of Staff with Brian Rumao, Human Resources: Strategic Workforce Planning, Leading Productive Meetings, Six Sigma Foundations, Statistics Foundations: 2, Operational Excellence Foundations, Statistics Foundations: 1, and Hogan Assesment Certification.
