Jason Barr has a diverse work history spanning over 25 years. Jason started their career in 1994 as an Analyst/Programmer at RBA Computing Services, where they developed childcare administration software. After that, they worked at PlanTech Consulting Group as a Solutions Architect and Team Leader, playing a key role in transitioning the company to a new architecture and leading point-of-sale software development teams.

In 2006, Jason joined IRESS, initially as a Senior Developer and later as a Team Leader and Delivery Team Lead. Jason managed multiple teams, collaborated with global stakeholders, and focused on improving the end-to-end delivery process and support model.
