Lee Robinson

Lee Robinson is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager currently working at TAL Australia since August 2021, where responsibilities include leading talent acquisition initiatives. Prior to this, Lee held various roles at ING Australia and Randstad Sourceright APAC between March and July 2021 as a Strategic Sourcing Lead on a contract basis. From June 2016 to February 2021, Lee served as National Resourcing Manager and Resourcing Consultant at MinterEllison, a top-tier law firm. Experience also includes a Managing Consultant position at Futurestep, a Korn Ferry Company, from April 2015 to June 2016, and several roles at Westpac Group from 2004 to 2015, including Sourcing Lead and Recruitment Sourcing Manager. Lee's career began at Westpac Group, where an eLearning Consultant role was undertaken from 2004 to 2007. Education was completed at Windsor High School from 1989 to 1993.
