Paul Wallis is an accomplished change professional with over a decade of experience in the Management, Insurance, and Finance sectors. They have specialized in leading cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives that enhance customer growth and business performance. Paul has held various leadership roles, including Head of Claims Operations at MLC Life Insurance and Head of Partnership at TAL Australia, where they successfully managed multiple stakeholders and drove transformational change.
