Ringo Lam

Ringo Lam is the Head of Reinsurance Operational Excellence & Change at TAL Australia, where they focus on financial control and strategy. Previously, Ringo held various positions, including Client Manager and Retail Solutions Manager at Swiss Re, as well as Acting Senior Strategic Product Development Manager at BT Financial Group. They began their career as a Project Manager/Estimator at Concept Civil Pty Ltd and have amassed extensive experience in product analysis, strategic development, and client management. Ringo holds a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Sydney and a Master of Business in Finance from the University of Technology Sydney.
