Mariam Hammad

Mariam Hammad's work experience includes being the Head of Logistics at talabat since May 2023, where they are responsible for managing the logistics operations. Previously, they worked as a Country Performance Manager at talabat from July 2021 to June 2023, where they monitored key performance indicators and contributed to the increase in customer net promoter score and market share. Before that, Mariam worked as a Logistics Performance Manager at talabat from November 2020 to July 2021. Prior to their roles at talabat, they worked as a Performance & Quality Specialist at Careem from June 2019 to November 2020, where they improved customer throughput and customer experience. Mariam also has experience working as a Category Management Executive at Almana & Partners from August 2018 to May 2019, where they managed a portfolio of brands, led budget allocation exercises, and improved reporting mechanisms. Mariam started their career as a Graduate Trainee at Inbox Business Technologies from August 2014 to August 2015.

Mariam Hammad completed a Nanodegree in Predictive Analysis for Business from Udacity in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Lahore University of Management Sciences, which they pursued from 2015 to 2017. Mariam also holds a Bachelor of Science Honors (BSc.Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance from the Lahore University of Management Sciences, which they completed between 2010 and 2014.
