Omar Shrem is currently working as a Senior Optimization Analyst at talabat. Prior to this role, at Endeavor Jordan, Omar was a Selection & Growth Associate, where Omar supported start-ups by providing roadmaps for growth and trained entrepreneurs for selection panels. Omar also has experience at Aramex as an Innovation & Transformation Associate, where Omar integrated impactful products into Aramex RED labs and enhanced product optimization. With a background in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology, Omar has also worked at SOLVillion Co. as an Environmental Engineer Intern, and at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. as a Project Engineering Intern.
