Shereen Shaaban is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at Talabat since January 2020. In this role, Shereen partners with senior leadership to design yearly strategies across four business lines, leading initiatives in talent acquisition and learning development, while co-leading a rewards and benefits strategy across seven countries. Prior to Talabat, Shereen worked as an Agile Coach at Careem, focusing on Agile transformation and developing maturity models for the organization. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Iteration Manager at noon, and various positions at IBM, where Shereen contributed to Agile adoption and program management across global teams. Shereen began the career as an intern at Raya Software, showcasing strong technical foundations with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The American University in Cairo.
