Talalla Retreat is a beachfront eco resort and retreat centre located on Sri Lanka’s southern coast, set across 8.5 acres of jungle and oceanfront landscape.

Talalla welcomes conscious travellers seeking a peaceful beachfront stay, while also hosting yoga, pilates, and wellness retreats throughout the year. The resort is designed to support rest, movement, and connection in a calm, nature-immersed setting.

Facilities include five shalas with jungle or ocean views, and a reformer pilates studio. Guests also enjoy a 20-meter swimming pool, and an open-air beachfront restaurant serving fresh, seasonal cuisine made with ingredients from our organic gardens and local suppliers.

Talalla Retreat is also home to a modern oceanfront Bath House, offering a sauna, steam room, magnesium bath, cold plunge, infrared light therapy, and natural treatments focused on restoration and balance.

We work closely with retreat leaders, facilitators, and travel partners, providing an experienced on-site team and a well-supported environment for both individual stays and hosted retreat experiences.
