We’re an impact investment firm catalyzing sustainable job creation in East Africa through values-aligned, growth-stage businesses. By strategically deploying capital into high-potential companies, we help close the $1 trillion funding gap facing emerging market enterprises and empower African leaders to build thriving businesses that serve their communities.

Through our two investment vehicles—the evergreen Impact Fund and the equity-focused Momentum Fund—Talanton targets companies that are EBITDA positive (or trending that way), generating between $500K–$10M in revenue, and deeply committed to both impact and innovation. Our portfolio now spans 18 companies and impacts over 148,744 jobs across Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, DRC, and Burundi.

Our approach combines catalytic capital, deep due diligence, and hands-on mentoring to ensure each business—and each job created—is a sustainable step toward long-term flourishing.

If you’re seeking to steward your resources for eternal and economic impact, we invite you to invest with us—and be part of a global movement that’s proving business can be a force for good.
