Onboarding Specialist at talech

Andy Cutler has worked in customer relations for over seven years. Andy started their career at PayPal in December 2014 as an Executive Escalations Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for logging and organizing complaints from various queues and regulators, including the CFPB, Better Business Bureau, and Attorney Generals. Andy also provided weekly and monthly reports on queue volume and production for various stakeholders. Andy was recognized by their peers as a positive influence and a champion for the team.

In January 2020, Andy transitioned to Toast, Inc., where they took on the role of Onboarding Consultant I. In this role, they implemented new Point of Sale systems within restaurants, from the end of the sales process until taking payments with Toast. Andy also created and edited customer menus for ease of transition between POS systems, ensuring customer satisfaction before they took payments.

Andy is currently an Onboarding Specialist at talech. In this role, they manage and executes an average of 40 projects at a time. Andy also assists and walks customers through hardware and networking setup for Toast with clear communication.

Andy Cutler's educational career includes a Bachelor's degree in Project Management from Bellevue University and an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Metropolitan Community College.

They work with Anna LaHood - Onboarding Specialist, Kyle Embke - Onboarding Specialist, and Jeremy Meyer - Onboarding Specialist. Andy Cutler reports to Aly Bailey, Onboarding Manager.
