Josephine Ahn

Josephine Ahn is the Onboarding Manager at talech. Prior to their current position, Josephine was an Operations Manager at Amazon for RAMP ADS. Josephine has been in this role since June 2020 and is responsible for managing daily operations of a global AI/ML data annotation program, overseeing a team of 50+ data annotators. Josephine also prepares regular business reports and deep dives into processes to fix issues and increase operational quality, productivity, and efficiency. Prior to their role at Amazon, Josephine was a recruiter and coordinator for team training with third-party agencies.

Josephine Ahn attended the University of California, Los Angeles and earned a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in French and Linguistics. Josephine also studied Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies at El Camino College. Josephine Ahn later received a Certificate in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor from Arizona State University. Josephine is also certified by the Project Management Institute in Program Management Foundations and by LinkedIn in Product Management First Steps. Finally, Josephine Ahn has a Certificate in American Law from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
