Kyle Peterson

Kyle Peterson is a Technical Associate at talech. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Senior Technology Consulting Assistant at Gustavus Adolphus College, a Senior Information Technology Consultant at Gustavus Adolphus College, and an IT Support Specialist at Gustavus Adolphus College.

Kyle has experience leading monthly intern meetings, delegating tasks to interns, and providing consolidated weekly updates from departmental projects. Kyle is also knowledgeable on-campus IT resource and has assisted in Technical Documentation “Wiki” for students and staff. In addition, Kyle has led a successful month-long training for new student employees alongside another colleague. Kyle is also experienced in remote IT Technician using Microsoft SIP, Kayako Web Chat, as well as Beyond Trust Remote.

Currently, as a Technical Associate at talech, Kyle provides support to customers and helps with the implementation of new products and features. Kyle also works on technical projects and provides feedback to the product team.

Kyle Peterson earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Gustavus Adolphus College. Prior to that, they completed their High School education with a focus on General Studies from Robbinsdale Armstrong High School.
