Taleka is a global leader in providing adoption services, change management and driving innovation for digital technologies. We apply a "people first" approach to help solve "human problems" enabled by the use of collaboration tools and software. We believe technology should be purposefully inspired and delivered with people in mind.

Taleka drives value for customers by increasing end user adoption and desire to expand, throughout the customer lifecycle.

We do this by offering the following:

- Business Adoption consulting and customer success management in 6 major languages.
- 50+ field experienced business user trainers available globally with collaboration software adoption activities completed in over 25 countries, across all major global theatres.
- 20 years experience creating customised learning content in any desired language or locale. (Current content actively in production in over 20 languages and dialects).

There can be a number of reasons that there are barriers to adoption and most of these relate to human behaviour. We act as the bridge between the technical and the employees, helping the IT team and the partners better understand and serve the needs of the people in the organisation.

We focus on the business value rather than just the features and functions of the technology, helping customers to break down business problems in complex environments. The design thinking methodologies we use makes sure the technology you are testing is innovative, creative and ultimately more human.
