Maxime Laliberté

Maxime Laliberté has a diverse work experience in the field of accounting and finance. Maxime began their career as a summer intern at EY in 2014, gaining practical experience in certification and assurance. After completing their studies, Maxime joined EY as a junior and intermediate accountant in the certification and assurance department.

In 2017, Maxime took on the role of senior accountant in EY's Transaction Advisory Services team, where they provided consulting services for transactions. Maxime then advanced to the position of team leader/manager in the Strategy and Transactions department, overseeing projects related to strategy and transactions.

In 2021, Maxime joined Talent.com as a manager in the Corporate Finance and FP&A department. Maxime quickly progressed to the role of senior manager, utilizing their expertise in financial planning and analysis. Finally, Maxime currently holds the position of Director, Corporate Finance and FP&A, where they are responsible for leading and overseeing the strategic financial operations of Talent.com.

In addition to their corporate experience, Maxime has also been involved with HEC Montréal as a course instructor and corrector for the Professional Accounting program.

Maxime Laliberté completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from HEC Montréal in 2012. In 2015, they obtained a specialized graduate diploma in Professional Accounting (CPA) from the same institution. Maxime also participated in an exchange program at the University of Bath in 2013, studying at the School of Management. From 2020 to 2022, Maxime was a registered student of the CBV Institute at York University. Maxime obtained various certifications, including the CPA Auditor designation from the Ordre des CPA du Québec in 2018 and the EEE/CBV certification from the Chartered Business Valuators Institute in 2022. Additionally, they received the EY Analytics - Data visualization - Bronze certification in 2020.
