Talent Echo Advisory Group is an AI executive search and Responsible AI leadership firm. We run retained executive searches for the senior leaders organizations need to govern, deploy, and defend artificial intelligence — Chief AI Officers (CAIOs), Heads of Responsible AI, AI Risk Officers, Chief Trust & Safety Officers, Heads of AI Governance, and the board advisors who hold them accountable.
Our four practices:

→ Executive AI Search. Retained executive search for Chief AI Officers, VPs of AI, Heads of Data and Machine Learning, and senior AI leaders who set strategy, own budget, and ship work.
→ Responsible AI Leadership. Heads of Responsible AI, AI Ethics Officers, Chief Trust & Safety Officers, AI Risk Officers — the leaders who build defensible AI governance programs aligned with the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and emerging regulatory frameworks.
→ AI Board Advisory & Governance. AI-fluent board members, senior advisors, and governance-ready leadership for organizations whose boards need to keep pace with their technology.
→ AI Strategy Advisory. Working sessions, retainers, and leadership readiness assessments for organizations that need clarity before or alongside a search.

A flat-fee retained model, paid in thirds. Large search firms charge a percentage of the candidate's first-year compensation — the higher the hire's package, the higher their fee. We thought that was a misaligned incentive. Talent Echo charges a transparent flat fee, paid in thirds: at engagement, at shortlist, and at placement. You know the cost before we start, and our incentive matches yours — placing the right leader.

Founded by the team behind Charity Search Group — 60+ executive placements, 98% search completion, 92% two-year retention, 20+ years of combined search experience in high-scrutiny, board-governed, regulated environments.
The AI leadership market has arrived. We run the search that finds the leader.
