Talent Edge is a specialist recruitment agency, delivering a nuanced approach to connect exciting opportunities and top-tier talent. We pride ourselves on nurturing strong, mutually beneficial relationships with, and between, our clients and candidates. We strive to find partnerships that will enable both client and candidate to edge ahead and achieve goals.

We specialise in recruiting for project management, advisory, engineering, transport, infrastructure, and environmental opportunities.

Our core values underpin the entire recruitment process. From the moment we first discuss an opportunity, through advertising, sourcing, interviewing and offers, we are passionate, perceptive, and professional:

PASSIONATE
It's our goal to help you achieve your goals. We're invested in our clients and candidates, and care about fostering mutually beneficial partnerships that will allow you to ascend
to your next challenge. We’re a boutique agency, which gives us the ability to devote our time and energy and keep the focus on you.

PERCEPTIVE
We’re committed to thoroughly understanding your motivations, goals, and requirements. We take an analytical approach, allowing us to discern the right fit for every position. We invest time and effort into listening to our clients and candidates. We ask the right questions so we can see beyond the job description, resume, and profile - giving us a grasp on what makes you tick, and enabling us to customise our approach.

PROFESSIONAL
Our extensive networks, superlative industry knowledge and search-smart capability enable us to source from a skilled talent pool and find connections that may not be on the open market. We disregard traditional, overused methods in favour of a strategic approach that draws on market insights, data reports and other resources. We place high value on reliability, integrity, and transparency. Throughout the recruitment process we consistently maintain an open, regular, and honest communication channel.
