Talent Kick, an initiative of the Kick Foundation, is a Swiss-wide, cross-university excellence program enabling the best talents from Swiss Universities to become responsible entrepreneurial leaders and combine hands-on entrepreneurial experience with their studies.

In a highly selective 1–2 year program, Talent Kick supports entrepreneurial PhD and Master’s students from universities and Universities of Applied Sciences across Switzerland to build strong teams, find and validate problems and first solutions, leverage synergies to their studies, and receive first funding and hands-on support for their path.

We believe Universities in Switzerland provide a unique breeding ground to develop driven students into global 21st-century entrepreneurial leaders who bring science-based innovation and positive impact to society. To achieve this, our mission is to bring exceptional talents together in interdisciplinary, diverse teams and translate academic excellence into real-world entrepreneurial impact.
