Fran Westfall

Fran Westfall has over two decades of experience in client success and technology consulting, currently serving as the Director of Client Success at Talent Plus, Inc. since June 2002. In this role, Fran develops and mentors colleagues, enhances client retention and referrals, and collaborates with various business units to implement consistent client partnership processes. Previously, Fran held several positions at Talent Plus including Senior Technology Consultant, Director of Technology Solutions Consulting, and TalentBank Program Manager, focusing on streamlining client processes and ensuring project excellence. Fran began the career as a Sales & Marketing Representative at Sandhills Publishing from September 1999 to June 2002, managing accounts for PROCESSOR.com Magazine. Education was completed at Nebraska Wesleyan University from 1985 to 1989.
