Mark Epp is a Management Consultant Director and PCC Certified Professional Executive Coach at Talent Plus, where experience includes building Talent-Based Organizations with a focus on luxury retail, hotel industries, and the cruise sector. Mark has served in various roles since joining Talent Plus in 2004, with expertise in strength-based management consulting. Prior to this, Mark was the Director of Operations at Futuredontics Inc. from 1989 to 1994, overseeing call center operations, and was a Partner and Producer at CEE Europa Entertainment Ltd. during the late 1970s, producing pre-MTV videos and feature films. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Acting from the Webber Douglas Academy and has earned coaching certifications from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching with International Coach Federation PCC accreditation.
