Prior to this, Stuart worked as Branch Manager at Randstad Care from September 2006 to July 2016, focusing on health and social care recruitment. Earlier career experience includes a role as Consultant at Blue Arrow from October 2002 to June 2006. Educational background includes studies at West Kent College from 1994 to 1996 and attendance at Oxted County School.
