Anthony Silver

Anthony Silver is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. As Co-Founder and CTO/COO of Talent Recognition since August 2019, Anthony emphasizes the importance of workplace fulfillment and its impact on overall life quality. Anthony is also a Partner at SILDTA, where strategic consulting focuses on the telecoms, software, hardware, and data sectors. Previous ventures include co-founding Xamn and Xler8tr, which catered to life science initiatives, as well as holding partnership roles at EVC-R and JSDTA. Anthony established a profitable telecoms group as Owner of Telco Back Office Systems and served as CEO of Icom Direct Inc., leading notable business units in the UK and US. Anthony's career commenced in corporate finance at Guinness Mahon after earning a BA(Hons) in Business Finance from City Of London Polytechnic.
