We cut payroll costs by 70% while scaling and exiting our marketing agency. Now we help agencies & brands do the same.

Hire full-time senior marketing, creative, and operations talent from Latin America with our done-for-you recruiting engine.

Talent Scout was founded by marketing leaders. We’re not traditional recruiters; we’re operators who know what it takes to build, scale, and protect margins in the marketing world.

Every candidate we place is client-facing, fluent in English, and fully embedded in your team as if they were a remote W2 employee, but without the overhead.

Here’s why our clients trust us:
• Run by marketing leaders -- Decades of industry experience and proof of its success with their exit.
• Cost efficiency -- Save up to 70% per role against U.S. salaries.
• No-risk recruiting -- You only pay if you hire.
• Flexibility -- Month-to-month contracts with free replacements anytime.
• Done-for-you -- We handle sourcing, vetting, interviews, offers, and onboarding. You only make the hiring decision.
• Top 1% candidates -- All personally vetted by our founders.
• No middleman -- Once hired, talent is placed full-time at your business, directly embedded in your team.
• Simple admin -- Hires function like a remote W2 employee, but it’s just a monthly U.S. vendor invoice.
• Compliance covered -- We manage contracts, payments, taxes, and local regulations.

Talent Scout was built by marketers for marketers. We’ve scaled agencies, carried payroll, and led creative teams ourselves, so when we recruit for you, we know what “great” truly looks like. Every candidate we deliver is vetted to ensure they can make an immediate impact on your business.
