Talent With Heart is a boutique executive search and recruiting practice founded by Thryn Young and built on more than two decades of talent acquisition experience. The firm helps growing companies find exceptional talent through strategic recruiting, thoughtful partnership, and a relationship centered approach to every search.

The work rests on a simple belief. Great hires happen when people are seen as more than resumes and positions are viewed as more than vacancies. People are not positions to fill. They are futures to build.

Talent With Heart partners with organizations across life sciences and biotechnology, healthcare and medical technology, corporate and business functions, technology, and emerging growth companies. Services include contingency search for organizations that prefer to pay only when they hire, retained search for confidential, executive, or highly specialized initiatives, and recruiting consulting that covers selection process design, interview strategy, hiring manager training, and talent acquisition guidance.

Every search begins with understanding your business, your team, and what success truly looks like. Hiring leaders can expect fully vetted candidate introductions, transparent communication throughout the process, strategic market insight, creative sourcing for niche talent pools, and a true partner invested in long term success. Talent With Heart also welcomes split placements and referral partnerships with recruiters who value candidate quality, professionalism, and clear communication.
