Our team is defined by firsthand experience: a deep understanding gained from living in Kenya, personal knowledge of international work and moves, and strong ties to Germany’s hospitality industry. We began by building a successful talent pipeline in hospitality, where our model's success quickly led to a natural expansion into healthcare and tech.
