Established in 2010, Talentbank is a forward-thinking enabler within the employability ecosystem, dedicated to bridging the gap between education and industry. Our core mission is to produce career-ready graduates and connect them with organisations that are committed to nurturing world-class talent.

We work closely with universities, employers, and policymakers to ensure that graduates are equipped with the right skills, values, and exposure needed to excel in today’s evolving job market. Through strategic initiatives such as career discovery platforms, graduate employability rankings, and large-scale career festivals, we create meaningful pathways that lead to better careers and brighter futures.

Talentbank is built on the belief that talent is abundant — but opportunity must be accessible. By aligning the aspirations of graduates with the talent needs of industries, we’re not just filling jobs — we’re shaping futures.

We invite you to be part of this movement — where education meets employment, and where every graduate has the opportunity to shine.
