Derek Joseph has been in the industry since 1998, starting their career as a Technical Support Analyst at Pearson School Systems. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all the implementation projects for new and existing clients, leading client kick off calls, creating a flexible and realistic project plan, delivering product training, and assessing project scope and determining billable services.

Derek Joseph obtained a Diploma in Computer Desktop from the University of Victoria between 1996 and 1998. Derek then obtained a Microsoft A+ Certification in Computer Science from the British Columbia Institute of Technology between 2002 and 2003. In 2013, Derek Joseph attended Watermark Learning and Training for Business Analysis.
