Greg Ford

Greg Ford is the President and CEO of TalentClick Inc., a global HR technologies company that helps organizations improve workplace culture and productivity through psychometric assessments and other tools. They have extensive experience in recruitment, having held positions such as Vice President at David Aplin Recruiting and Partner at The Caldwell Partners Executive Search. Greg co-founded The Headhunters Inc., one of Western Canada's largest recruitment firms, and has served as an adjunct professor at Simon Fraser University. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Applied Arts at Toronto Metropolitan University.
