Simon also founded and serves as Director of Talentedge, a specialist recruitment firm in London, and Talentarc, which focuses on media and technology recruitment. In addition to these roles, Simon holds various non-executive positions, including with MeVitae, where a mission to promote fairness in talent acquisition is prioritized, and serves as a partner at Recruitment Capital Ventures, supporting UK start-ups in the recruitment space. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from London Business School and a BA in Geography from the University of Liverpool.
