Simon Samuel

Simon Samuel is an experienced entrepreneur and leader in the recruitment and technology sector, with a career spanning over 15 years. As the Founder of Troi since January 2017, Simon has developed an innovative subscription-based recruitment model for high-growth companies. Simon also founded and serves as Director of Talentedge, a specialist recruitment firm in London, and Talentarc, which focuses on media and technology recruitment. In addition to these roles, Simon holds various non-executive positions, including with MeVitae, where a mission to promote fairness in talent acquisition is prioritized, and serves as a partner at Recruitment Capital Ventures, supporting UK start-ups in the recruitment space.
