Ian Gillespie

Ian Gillespie has a diverse work experience in the recruitment field. Ian co-founded TalentEdge Staffing in 2019 and currently holds the position of Co-Founder. Prior to that, Ian worked at Facebook as a Recruiter from July 2018 to July 2019. Before joining Facebook, they were a Technical Recruiter at Amazon from April 2016 to July 2018. From May 2015 to April 2016, they worked as a Recruiter at Seattle Corporate Search. At the beginning of their career, they gained experience as a Recruiting Intern at MassMutual Financial Group from May 2014 to September 2014.

Ian Gillespie attended Pacific Lutheran University from 2011 to 2013, where they studied Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. Ian then transferred to the University of Montana and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from 2013 to 2015.
