Sally Millick

Sally Millick, SPHR, GMS, is an experienced Principal Consultant currently with talentEXP since March 2023, providing consultative advisory and project management in Talent Acquisition. With a career spanning over two decades, Sally has held significant positions with Move Any Mountain Inc. and Black Box Consulting, leading efforts in Talent Acquisition, change management, and technology implementation. Sally also served as Vice President at Futurestep, managing client relations and recruitment strategies for major corporations. Previous roles include management and consulting positions at Bausch & Lomb, Keane, and HR Works, focusing on staffing and recruitment optimization. Sally holds a BA in Anthropology from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
