TalentHammer partners with CEOs and leadership teams to assess, align, and strengthen their people strategy.

Founded by Helen Krozos, TalentHammer brings 20 years of experience across recruiting, HR leadership, and executive partnership in government contracting, tech startups, and biotech. Helen has built and scaled teams in hypergrowth environments, sat at the executive table, and helped organizations navigate both growth and difficult transitions.

TalentHammer’s approach starts with understanding the people already in place — assessing engagement, leadership dynamics, and role alignment — before jumping to solutions. When gaps surface, we help leaders make clear, practical decisions and execute on them through org design, leadership support, and targeted hiring.

This is hands-on, operator-led support for organizations that want their people decisions to drive real results.
