Dan Ralph

Dan Ralph is currently the Vice President of Operations Excellence at TalentLaunch, a nationwide network of staffing and recruitment firms. Dan joined the company in July 2022. Previously, they served as the Sr. Director of Recruitment at Belcan from October 2020 to July 2022. Before that, they held various roles at Belcan, including Talent Acquisitions Manager from March 2016 to October 2020 and National Recruiting Team Manager from May 2008 to March 2016. Prior to their time at Belcan, Dan worked as an Assistant Wrestling Coach at John Carroll University from May 2006 to May 2015. Dan also worked as an Executive Recruiter at The Mergis Group from May 2006 to March 2008.

Dan Ralph obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from John Carroll University in 2007.
