Sean Fitzpatrick is the founder and president of TalentMap, a software and services firm that helps companies measure employee engagement and increase employee retention. They guide leaders on how to use employee feedback to generate insights, drive performance, and foster high-trust workplaces. The company builds and deploys employee surveys such as TalentEntry, TalentGage, and TalentExit to generate management reports that drive positive change in the workplace; they previously served as Vice President, Internet Services at In-Touch Survey Systems (1998-2000), where TalentMap was launched as a division, and as a Management Consultant at RLG International (1996-1999) implementing performance management metrics feeding into a balanced scorecard. They also taught English and skiing at the YMCA (1992-1994) and worked as a Sales Representative at Xerox (1988-1991), and they studied at The University of Western Ontario's Richard Ivey School of Business from 1994 to 1996.
