Lars Noens currently serves as Manager Operations Support and Consultant to the Board at Talentmark since April 2021, contributing to the company’s goal of being the leading international recruitment services provider in the Life Sciences industry. Previously, Lars held roles as Consultant and Partner Manager, as well as Product Marketeer Trucks at Mercedes-Benz Nederland from August 2016 to April 2021. Earlier, Lars was a Graduate Intern at Volvo Trucks, focusing on key performance indicators for sales representatives from September 2013 to April 2014. Lars holds a Master of Science in Management (MSc) with a specialization in Financial Management from Nyenrode Business University, completed in 2016, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management from IVA Driebergen, attained in 2014. Education commenced at Reynaertcollege from 2005 to 2010.
