Talentnauts is a specialist search firm helping AI infrastructure companies build world-class teams.

We partner with founders and technical leaders solving complex challenges across inference, distributed systems, GPU platforms, networking, compilers, storage, databases, observability, and ML infrastructure.

Unlike general recruitment firms, we invest time in understanding the technologies, market, and talent landscape behind modern AI systems, enabling us to identify exceptional candidates for some of the industry's hardest-to-fill roles.

Our expertise spans around Inference Engineering, Distributed Systems, GPU Infrastructure, High-Performance Networking, Compiler Engineering, ML Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, Databases, Storage Systems, Observability, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

Every search starts with understanding the technical challenge and not just the job description. We combine market research, talent mapping, and executive search to connect companies with the people building the future of AI.
