Staff shortages, reduced opening hours, closed facilities – the shortage of skilled workers is becoming increasingly prevalent in the healthcare and education sectors. At the same time, qualified professionals worldwide are looking for career opportunities and secure employment. 

We source highly qualified professionals from 19 countries worldwide for hospitals, care homes, nurseries and occupational therapy/physiotherapy practices. How do we ensure that around 95 per cent stay at your facility long-term? We manage the entire process from start to finish. 

Recruitment: We travel personally to the countries of origin and select the best professionals. Ultimately, we choose young people with a clear motivation to live in Germany permanently. 

Language course: We fund a full-time German language course for our candidates. To ensure they can focus entirely on learning, we provide them with a stipend. 

Visa & work permit: Once a job offer has been made, we then handle the work permit application and visa. 

Arrival & integration: We prepare not only the candidates but also the employers for their arrival. On request, we find accommodation for your candidates. We will collect them from the airport and take care of their registration at the local authority office, their SIM card, bank account and health insurance. 

Professional recognition: All skilled workers hold at least a bachelor’s degree in their field, and some also have a master’s degree or further specialisation. We have verified that all qualifications are eligible for recognition in Germany. We will begin the professional recognition process immediately upon receipt of the job offer.
